This recipe was so easy to make (I used pre-made pizza dough), and the kids loved it. I think I used too much pizza dough and not enough filling, so I would like to try it again using a homemade pizza dough recipe and filling it with a lot more filling. I don't think this is all that healthy, but again, if I used my own recipe for pizza dough and used whole wheat, I think that would improve it. Also this recipe was very inexpensive to make and you can add whatever you have or omit what you don't have. This is a great weeknight meal.
