Have you heard the children's song "I'm Bringing Home a Baby Bumblebee"? It is a song we sing a lot around here. Ella loved it when she was a baby and Lily loves it too.
The other day Mike said that Lily is our own little bumblebee because bumblebees shouldn't be able to fly and yet they do.
Lily is able to do things that she shouldn't, and I am so proud of her. Everyday I see how motivated she is to learn and grow, and everyday I see how hard she has to work to get there.
I found out the other day that Lily gets to start at a toddler preschool program in May. I am so excited for this opportunity and I know being around other kids will motivate her even more.
Hunter got to participate in this same program when he was a toddler and we saw such a huge difference in him after a few short months.
I just can't wait to see what else our little bumblebee can do!

Aw this is my favorite post! I love that she's a little bumblebee. She really does defy the odds and pushes herself to succeed in so many things. I love her. I'm so excited to hear how the preschool goes!
I love your husband's perspective. Our kids are little bumblebees, defying all laws of nature. Lily is so beautiful. She's really going to blossom in that preschool class.
