California Trip 2012: The Last Few Days

For the last few days of our trip we enjoyed sunshine and family time. We hung out by the pool and let the kids swim, and we also had a big family BBQ with an Easter egg hunt and cupcakes. It was a great trip, we had a great week and I am so glad that we were all able to come together and make these wonderful memories!

California Trip 2012: Modern Family Filming

While we were at Disneyland we got to see Modern Family being filmed. Did anyone see the episode? Yep we are there! It was fun to get to see some of the actors and if you look really closely at the photo below you may see a few of the stars from the show.

California Trip 2012: Disneyland

We spent 3 days out of our California trip at Disneyland. It was one of my favorite times at Disneyland and we were super marathoners during this time. We were there from early in the morning to the very end of the night. It was so much fun and because we actually had adults with us, we were able to ride some of the adult rides. It was also the first time that Hunter and Ella were able to try some of the bigger roller coasters and they had a blast.

One neat thing we got to experience was being there on Leap Year. They kept the park open for a whole 24 hours on February 29th. Everyone was so happy and excited, but at about 8:00 that night, the park got so crowded it was unreal. We ended up only making it until about 11:00 p.m. and I was exhausted!

Overall it was a great experience and I just love Disneyland even more!
